BRIEF ITINERARY
Day 1: Lima
Arrival to Lima at any time. we’ll wait for you in the Airport and transfer you to the hotel.
Day 2: Cusco
One hour flight: from Lima to Cusco in the morning and in the afternoon; you will have a guided city tour in Cusco.
Day 3: Sacred Valley Tour & Aguas Calientes town
Today will be a wonderful day because we will visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas and then travel by train through Urubamba Valley to the picturesque town of “Aguas Calientes”.
Day 4: Machu Picchu
Very early, we’ll leave the hotel and take the bus up to Machu Picchu to see the sunrise end explore it.
Day 5: Cusco
At 08:30 a.m, we’ll take the train and return to Cusco. You will have the afternoon free.
Day 6: Transfer out
After breakfast, our staff will transfer you to the Airport.

DETAILED ITINERARY FOR MACHU PICCHU PERU TOUR
Day 1: Arrival to Lima
Arrival to Lima at any time, we will meet you in the airport and transfer you to the designated hotel.
Today you’ll explore the city of Lima known as the city of the kings because the architecture of XVI and XVII century. Optionally you can do our city tour program.
Day 2: Lima – Cuzco & city tour
After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Lima airport and fly for one hour to the mysterious city of Cusco (Once the Capital of the Inca Empire); then, you will be transferred to the designated hotel; where you’ll taste the coca tea while you are doing the check in in the hotel.
In the afternoon, you will explore the surrounds of the city in our guided tour. The city tour includes visiting the Cathedral, Qorikancha or Temple of the Sun of the Incas, the stunning Inca temple of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo and Tambomachay; the tour ends in the Main Square in order that you can enjoy your dinner in one of the restaurants.
Day 3: Sacred Valley Tour: Cusco – Pisac – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes town
Today the tour begins at 08:00 a.m. We will pick you up from the hotel and travel to the green and fertile valley. Visit the picturesque town of Pisac where there is an interesting market and you can purchase some items as a gift for you friends and relatives. We also will visit the Inca ruins of Pisaq situated on the top of the mountain.
From Pisac, the tour continues through the Sacred Valley until Urubamba where we will stop to enjoy the local cuisine. After lunch, we’ll continue to the town of Ollantaytambo and explore the magnificent Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo.
Ollantaytambo is a village which was built on the original Inca walls; so that we still can see the original Inca streets and some beautiful Inca doorways. In the afternoon, we will ride the train for two hours from Ollantaytambo to the town of Aguas Calientes.
Day 4: “Aguas Calientes” – Machu Picchu – “Aguas Calientes”
After breakfast in the hotel, we’ll walk for 10 minutes to the bus station and travel for 25 minutes up to Machu Picchu. Is better to be early at Machu Picchu to see the sunrise and explore this stunning Inca site before it gets crowded.
The tour in Machu Picchu will last for 2-3 hours approximately after that, you will have free time to explore alone. We recommend you climb up Huayna Picchu Mountain or trek up to the Sun Gate from where you will have exceptional views of Machu Picchu and surroundings. Today full day will be dedicated to explore Machu Picchu.
Once you finish with Machu Picchu, you will take the bus and return to the town of “Aguas Calientes” and you can wonder around or enjoy a bath in the natural hot springs located 15 minutes of lovely walk out of the town. Overnight in this picturesque town.
CLIMATE: The annual temperature averages 16°C and annual rainfall is between 1,500mm and 3,000mm at low altitudes. At 2,500 m of altitude the average temperature drops to 10.2°C, and annual rainfall is 2170mm. The dry season lasts from May to September and the wet season from October to April.
Day 5: “Aguas Calientes” – Ollantaytambo – Cusco
Breakfast in the hotel. At 08:30 a.m, we’ll take the train for two hours to the train station of Ollantaytambo where our staff will wait for you and will transfer you to the hotel in Cusco; in the afternoon, you will have free time to rest or enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the coffee shops around the main square.
Day 6: Transfer out
After breakfast in the Hotel we’ll tranfer you to the airport.
