Reservation Details

To secure and confirm your reservation for group or individual programs, please provide the required information through our reservation form or contact us via Skype at sunriseperutrek. You can also reach us at +51 950 313131 / +51 984 734633.

To complete your booking, we need the following details:

  • Full name (as it appears in your passport)
  • Valid passport number (valid on the date of your requested trip)
  • Departure date
  • Address and telephone number
  • Current email address
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Flight details (dates and times) for arrival in Peru and Cusco
  • Any medical or dietary restrictions
  • Any special interests or requests regarding the service

Please provide the above information as instructed to ensure a seamless and straightforward booking process.

Terms & Conditions:

Please read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • The program deposit is non-refundable as it covers the purchase of Machupicchu entrance tickets, train tickets, and hotel reservations.
  • Once a space is purchased, it is non-transferable.
  • Sunrise Peru Trek does not offer refunds if a participant cancels the trip either before departure or during the journey.
  • If Sunrise Peru Trek cannot confirm your reservation, a full refund will be provided.
  • All participants are responsible for carrying their own backpacks, including sleeping bags and mattresses, unless an extra porter is booked or the service includes porters, horsemen, or mules.
  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions or illnesses and bring their own medications.
  • It is mandatory for all clients to have personal travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of effects, and other related expenses. Sunrise Peru Trek is not responsible for any accidents or loss of personal belongings caused by the client.
  • In the event of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, landslides, labor strikes, or sudden route inaccessibility, Sunrise Peru Trek will propose alternative solutions to operate the program within the available dates. If the chosen alternative program is of lesser value than the originally booked one, the price difference will be refunded. Any additional costs will be the client’s responsibility. If none of these solutions are feasible, Sunrise Peru Trek will refund all the money paid, excluding any incurred expenses up to that point.

Payment by PayPal

To make a payment via the PayPal system, click the button below and complete the details for your transaction:

Western Union

You must send the payment in the name of our Agency Manager. With Western Union, you can send and receive money quickly at any of our 117,000 agents or offices worldwide. Visit www.westernunion.com, find the nearest office, and request the International sending cashier. Then, you will receive a form to complete.

  1. Complete the form.
  2. Ensure the form is filled out correctly.
  3. Payments are in American dollars. Write the amount in letters.
  4. Write the amount in numbers.
  5. Do not forget to fill in your personal information. Pay the cashier the amount you will send plus the sending charge. You will be asked for identification. Once the deposit is complete, you will receive a bill with your MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).
  6. Email us the amount sent and the MTCN. We will confirm the transfer by email, then proceed with all reservations.

We will send an email confirming the transfer and reconfirming your bookings.

Bank Transfer

This can be done at any bank. Make the deposit with the following information:

  • Bank: Banco de Credito del Peru
  • Account number in dollars:

  • SWIFT: BCPLPEPL
  • The deposit must be sent under the name of SUNRISE PERU TREK E.I.R.L. (you can print this page).

Afterwards, send us an email with the following information:

  • Date and hour of the payment
  • Operation and transaction numbers
  • Displayed name
  • Name of the bank where the transaction was done

We will send an email confirming the transaction and reconfirming your booking as well.

Very Important:

Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible; especially the 4-day Inca Trail is in high demand throughout the year, and we recommend making your reservation as soon as you receive our confirmation of availability.

Single Accommodation:

Prices are based on twin or triple room accommodation; a single supplement is available and single accommodation can be provided at an additional cost of US$25 per person per night. NOTE: If a passenger leaves the tour for any reason, any extra expenses are the passenger’s responsibility, and the company shall not be liable for any refund.
