To complete your booking, we require the following information from each traveler:
- Full name exactly as shown on your passport
- Valid passport number
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Departure date of your requested tour
- Address and telephone number
- Current email address
- Arrival and departure flight details for Peru and Cusco, if available
- Medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions
- Special requests, interests, or service preferences
Providing accurate information is very important, especially for tours that include Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail permits, train tickets, hotels, or official permits. Incorrect details may cause problems with reservations or entry.
Terms and Conditions
By booking with Sunrise Peru Trek, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposits and Reservations
The tour deposit is non-refundable because it is used to secure services such as Machu Picchu tickets, Inca Trail permits, train tickets, hotels, and other advance reservations.
Once permits, tickets, or spaces have been purchased, they are non-transferable and cannot be used by another person.
If Sunrise Peru Trek is unable to confirm your reservation, a full refund of your payment will be provided.
Cancellations and Refunds
Sunrise Peru Trek does not provide refunds if a participant cancels the tour before departure or during the trip.
No refunds will be given for unused services due to personal reasons, late arrival, illness, change of plans, missed transportation, or voluntary withdrawal from the tour.
If a traveler leaves the tour for any reason, all additional expenses such as transportation, hotels, meals, or personal arrangements will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Personal Responsibility
All participants are responsible for carrying their personal belongings during the tour unless the program includes porters, horsemen, mules, or an additional porter service has been booked.
Travelers must inform Sunrise Peru Trek in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or special requirements.
Each participant is responsible for bringing any personal medication needed during the trip.
Travel Insurance
All travelers must have personal travel insurance that covers:
- Medical expenses
- Personal accidents
- Emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Sunrise Peru Trek is not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, illness, lost items, or expenses caused by situations outside the company’s control.
Force Majeure and Unexpected Events
In cases of force majeure or events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, landslides, road closures, strikes, natural disasters, political situations, or sudden route inaccessibility, Sunrise Peru Trek will do everything possible to offer safe and practical alternatives.
If an alternative program is available and the cost is lower than the original tour, the price difference will be refunded.
If the alternative program involves additional costs, these costs will be the responsibility of the traveler.
If no alternative solution is possible, Sunrise Peru Trek will refund the amount paid, minus any expenses already incurred for confirmed services such as permits, entrance tickets, train tickets, hotels, transportation, or administrative costs.
Payment Methods
We offer several payment options to make your reservation simple and secure.
Payment by PayPal
You may pay through PayPal using the payment button provided on our website or by requesting a payment link from our team.
Please note that PayPal payments may include an additional transaction fee.
After completing your payment, please send us the confirmation receipt so we can verify the transaction and proceed with your reservations.
Payment by Western Union
Payments through Western Union must be sent in the name of our Agency Manager.
Western Union allows you to send money from many locations worldwide. To make a payment, visit your nearest Western Union office or use their official website.
Please follow these steps:
- Complete the Western Union transfer form.
- Make sure all details are written correctly.
- Send the payment in US dollars.
- Keep your receipt and MTCN number.
- Email us the amount sent and the MTCN number.
Once we receive and verify the payment information, we will confirm the transfer by email and proceed with your reservations.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Bank transfers can be made through your bank using the following details:

Once the transaction has been verified, we will send you an email confirming your payment and reconfirming your booking.
Important Booking Advice
We strongly recommend booking your tour as far in advance as possible.
This is especially important for high-demand experiences such as the 4-Day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Short Inca Trail, Machu Picchu tickets, Huayna Picchu Mountain, and tours during peak travel months.
Permits and entrance tickets are limited and can sell out quickly. Early booking gives you the best chance to secure your preferred date, route, train schedule, and entrance circuit.
Single Accommodation
Tour prices are generally based on twin or triple room accommodation.
If you prefer a private single room, a single supplement is available for an additional cost of US$25 per person per night, depending on the tour and hotel availability.
Please request single accommodation at the time of booking so we can confirm availability in advance.
Final Confirmation
Once your payment has been received and verified, Sunrise Peru Trek will send you a confirmation email with your booking details.
This confirmation may include your itinerary, payment balance, meeting instructions, packing recommendations, and any important information related to your tour.
