- Can I change the date after the permits have been bought? No. Once permits are purchased, Peruvian government regulations prevent date changes. Rescheduling requires purchasing a new permit at a $100 USD fee. Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your deposit is also non-refundable in case of cancellation.
