Once paid, you will receive a confirmation and a short form to complete. We require a photo/copy of your passport and the following details for Inca Trail Permit purchase:

• When is the remaining balance due? The remainder of your payment is due upon your arrival in Cusco, just before your adventure begins. You can pay in cash (US Dollars or Peruvian Soles). Note: Please check the daily currency exchange rate prior to your trip.
• Can I change the date after the permits have been bought? No. Once permits are purchased, Peruvian government regulations prevent date changes. Rescheduling requires purchasing a new permit at a $100 USD fee. Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your deposit is also non-refundable in case of cancellation.
