How do I reserve my adventure?
Reserving your 4-Day Machu Picchu Classic Tour with SPT Travel & Tours is simple! A US$150 deposit per person is required to lock in your spot. Once received, we’ll quickly send a booking confirmation and a reservation form for you to fill out.
What required information do you need?
To secure your non-transferable Machu Picchu permits, we require copies of your original passport and the following details for each participant:
- Full Name (as shown on your passport)
- Nationality
- Gender
- Passport Number
- Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
When is the remaining balance due?
The balance for your tour is due upon your arrival in Cusco. Payment must be made in cash (US dollars or Peruvian soles). Please check current exchange rates before arriving.
Can I change tour dates after permits are issued?
The Peruvian government does not allow date changes once permits are issued. If you must change your date, there is a US$100 fee as we must purchase a new permit. Remember, permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
